Large coal storage and transportation equipment center is based on the set ofrailroad and coal sinotrans unloading, storage, installed in one of the modernenvironmentally friendly closed fast loading coal base.In order to better achieve theobjectives of the National Coal Transportation installed a modern eco-friendly way tothe strategic shift,Mounted on large coal storage and transportation center rail loadoutbased design studies to optimize the transport system is necessary. According to thistopic research to the design of large coal storage and transportation of center, all forthe future based on large railway sinotrans coal storage and transportation centerprovide reference for system design.Large coal storage and transportation center mainly includes coal of coal,storage, transportation and loading of four systems, therefore, an instance of thistopic by the author design work project-a large domestic coal storage andtransportation system design center, to the owner and the relevant departments of thecoal storage and transportation system of environmental protection, storage, theamount of coal varieties, annual transport coal storage requirements, such as furtherstudy for railway sinotrans large coal storage and transportation system of center andthe need to use equipment and facilities. Through comparison on the advantages and disadvantages of the above several kinds of storage solutions, and recommend the suitable storagesolutions.(3) transportation system designGeneral transport system consists of belt conveyor and various auxiliaryequipment, and facilities for the storage industry is divided into two parts, i.e. thecoal transportation system and loading system, according to the requirements of thecoal system and loading system, determine the two parts of the system output andsystem parameters, and according to the specific layout, flat profile for each beltconveyor table technology characteristics, including transport capacity, horizontallength, hoisting height, belt speed, bandwidth, drive motor power and the way oftension.(4) the design of loading systemResearch new precise train loading system recommended by the ministry ofrailways advantages compared to other forms of station and characteristics, choose asuitable new precise train loading system, and provide the main technical parameters,introduces its internal structure and the system structure, make it meet the specificrequirements of the railway loading.
