Oil storage and transportation process is one of the most important parts in the mining plants and other large mining enterprises of energy consumption,it is related to the energy supply of follow-up processes, The quality of the process is directly related to the stability of follow-up processes. If it can not timely meet oil demand for follow-up processes, follow-up processes can not be carried out smoothly, resulting in stopping production and negative impact to the economic benefits. At present, pipeline technology for oil transportation is behind in equipment, in low degree of automation, high production costs, largr resource consumption and serious environmental pollution problems. The key to solve the problem is to research and develop advanced automation control systems, as advanced control strategies and research methods is an important guarantee for automation systems. This paper focuses on a logical sequence control strategy, relying on the oil storage and transportation of a mining process system, and develops the advanced logical sequence control methods. in order to verify the effectiveness of control, a mathematical model of tank is established. a virtual oil storage and transportation process oil is created in RSview32for experimental study, the experiment results show that the control strategy is correct. Control technologies provide a control scheme of reference for the oil and gas pipeline projects. This paper mainly includes the following:(1) This paper firstly introduces the development of the logical sequence control technology at home and abroad as well as in industrial process applications, and make analysis of the computer control system in the oil pipeline. Secondly,it describes the process of oil storage and transportation, which mainly consists of unloading oil, supplying oil and emptying oil.(2) The following presents the computer control system in the oil process control objectives, and explaines the process of logical sequence control strategy, mathematical models of oil storage tank and oil usage tank are established. In RSView32, the structure of the control simulation model of the object is established.(3) This paper designs and develops a computer control system for oil storage and transportation with U.S. Rockwell PLC ControlLogix5000series hardware platform. The software of the system is developed and applied to the object model, HMI is Configurated in RSView32, the images accurately reflect front conditions. it is verificated that the design is reasonable and practical through simulation research. the system realizes a fully automated oil supplying. The computer control system can also be applied to other oil, such as Gasoline, kerosene, diesel, with a high value of promotion.
