The Research Of Professional Help System Of The Reservoir Environmental Management

Water is the cradle of human civilization.The development and progress ofhuman civilization is dependent on the development and utilization of water resources.Reservoir project is one of the most important means of development and utilizationof water resources. So that exploitation software to be used to help experts tomanage reservoir environment, has very big auxiliary effects to normal operationand maintenance of the reservoir.The present situation and prospects of reservoir environmental managementwas discussed in our country, and the necessity and significance to build theprofessional help system of reservoir environmental management was made clear inthis paper.The thesis took a certain reservoir in HeBei province as object of study,and the idea of engineering design of software was carried on deep research to thedevelopment of the professional help system of reservoir environmental management.Firstly, the knowledge of reservoir environmental management was arranged andclassified to create content as much as possible, then Window2000/XP was taken asdevelopment platform, ACCESS2003as the backstage database and Visual Basic6.0as language tools to design and develop the entire software. Finally a complete set ofenvironmental management professional help system of reservoir was developed. Theknowledge base of this system consisted of five parts and a total of394data,including reservoir real-time monitor figure, related calculation, evaluation of waterquality parameters, supervision and management system of water pollution and basicconcepts and terminology. In addition, the help system included15Visual Basicinterface connecting with the knowledge base. The system could realize to query, add,delete, browse and print to knowledge of various reservoir environmentalmanagement and had strong universality. The research finally compiled the appliedsoftware which can work on its own under the windows without exploitationenvironment.This help system could provide the help for reservoir operation andmanagement staff and provide the reference for the technical people, such asresearchers, teachers, and trainers who work on the reservoir environmentmanagement.
