Huadian Weifang Power Company Limited (hereinafter referred to as the"Weifang company") started to construct the2*670MW unit in November,2003. InDecember,2006the construction finished and the two units was operating. They weresupported by SG-2102/25.4-M954supercritical pressure boilers which is designed&manufactured by Shanghai Boiler Factory and the boiler tail was configured the Feidaenvironmental design and manufacture of the dual chamber four field electrostaticprecipitator. Based on the related requirement by “thermal power plant air pollutantemission standards"(GB13223-2011) Weifang is the key control area and the newstandard for the highest dust emission concentration is20mg/m3implemented from1st June,2014. In order to reach the new standard Weifang company is planning toimprove the function of the precipitator.Through the outlet temperature and the dust removal efficiency of theprecipitator in test, on the basis of analysis and experiment, the design scheme, thededusting effect to achieve the new emission standards at the national level. Based onthe electrostatic precipitator retrofit scheme design and analysis, to master the analysismethod for the purpose of industrial engineering.The main work of this paper:1.Collect and analyze the test results and the daily operation of electrostaticprecipitator, and analyzed the results of electrostatic precipitator transformationnecessity and feasibility in detail.2.According to the different research direction and practical requirements putforward the reform plan.3.The scheme was compared in detail discussed.4.A comprehensive analysis of the optimal modification scheme, and the schemeof supporting engineering related.This paper discusses the electric bag filter in the promotion and the feasibility ofindustrial application. ESP technology is a power plant dust removal technology at home and abroad is relatively mature and widely used at present. Bag type dustcollector has a good dust removing effect, both will have hitherto unknown effect.Composite filter combines the advantages of electric dust, will become in the upgradein the future trend of power generation enterprises and has been widely applied.
