| In this paper, according to the characteristics of TIG welding, based on the study about abroad rotating arc sensor, a new type of TIG welding arc sensor was designed. On the structural design, the Pro/E parametric modeling and mechanism simulation module was used. The result show that the design of parts movement to avoid interference in the process, better solution the body movement of the force balance. Rotating arc sensor to obtain a reasonable structure design optimization, saving design cost and shorten the design cycle and improve the reliability of the design.TIG welding system experiment platform was built, then take advantage of this experimental platform, a series of experiments were finished. Experimental process the welding voltage signal is susceptible to be interfered by external noise interference, the median filter and mean filter was introduced in this paper. After processing, the voltage waveform has been significantly improved. In order to obtain more accurate welding torch deviation from the information, characteristic method torch deviation error identification algorithms to identify, then the two kind of identification methods to detect bias were compared to gain a better information..Finally, we obtained the weld signal and deviation, on the basis of the seam deviation, the fuzzy controller based control system for seam tracking was studied. The control algorithm was built with the VC++ software. Finally set up on the hardware platform, many experiments have been tested. The experiments show that the design of TIG welding arc sensor meets the design requirements; the designed fuzzy controller can compare accurate control for seam correction. |
