Soil engineering is one of the important content management and decommissioningof uranium tailings.Optimization of soil structure can not only save the economic costcontrol radon exhalation rate from the surface, but also can effectively control the raininfiltration. In this paper, in the short-term and long-term rain heavy rainunder thecondition of different slope conditions compared several different overburden structureunder waterpermeability parameters. Based on the rain infiltration rate determination oftailings dam rainfall simulation flowboundary conditions. In the saturated and unsaturatedseepage theory and rainfallBased on the penetration theory, combined with seep/w analysis of saturated unsaturatedtransient seepage. Thetailing dam seepage field of slope at any time change process, variation of pore water pressure. The calculation results based on slope/w coupled seepagemodel obtained safety factor of slope of tailings under different conditions with time. Havea very good reference for early warning and monitoring of tailings rainfall climates. Conclusion is as follows:(1) multi-layer soil structure of transverse drainage is hampered by rain into theseepage ability than single layersoil structure in the surface, the water blocking effectunder the condition of continuous rain multi-layer soil water blocking effect is better thanthe strong rainfall conditions. Horizontal multi-layer coating layer soil water holdingcapacity than the single structure to improve soil structure placed.(2) the influence of rainfall change tailings dam slope pore water pressure, short timeheavy rainfall onlysuperficial tailings pore water pressure rise, short time rain water oftailings line influence is not obvious. The bottom slope water accumulation leads to waterlevel rise and pool of rainwater infiltration of water level in the short term to bring no obvious influence.(3) the pore water pressure changes in rainfall caused tailing dam slope stabilitychange. The same high level ofstability of soil conditions than the low water level. Nocovering soil conditions safety coefficient with the time the overall upward trend, such asin the absence of soil under the condition of low level of safety factor of first for2.148hours, with the passage of time tenth hours into2.35. In the conditions of no covering soilunder high water level safety coefficient of first for1.703hours, with the passage of timetenth hours into1.947. Long time rainsimulation shows available rainwater infiltrationdeep position, the safety coefficient of the downward trend inJanuary to2.175in December,the2.116.
