| Resin sand moulding and clay-bonded sand moulding are two mouldingtechnologies adopted in foundry industry. Resin sand moulding requires simpleproduction equipments but has great adverse effect on environment. People become moreand more conscious of the significance of environment protection with gradual progressof human civilization. So relative environment-friendly and cheaper clay-bonded greensand moulding is turning out to be a moulding mode widely adopted in foundry industry.To produce ideal sand mould with such technology, qualified moulding equipments aredemanded. Static pressure moulding line is clay-bonded moulding line of highautomaticity. It has advantages of large sand flask dimension, precise moulding, neatpattern drawing, and wide application scope. So static pressure moulding line has beenfavored by many foundries. Static pressure moulding line is a general name of onecategory of moulding line instead of a specific moulding line. Different static pressuremoulding lines vary from different sand flask dimension, as well as diversified allocateddevices. This allows that customized static pressure moulding lines can be designed tofulfill customer requirements to the greatest extent in accordance with differentproduction technological requirements and different production site layout of diversefoundries.Static pressure moulding line is comprised of mechanical devices and electricalcontrol system. The mechanical devices part is like skeleton of human body, which is toimplement specific operation instructions as movement part; while electrical controlsystem is like brain of human body, which is mechanism to generate operationinstructions. Electrical control system is to guide, coordinate and control the mouldingline and enables collaborative operation of all mechanical devices and implementation ofeach step of the moulding operation. Also the electrical control system acts to protectoperators from danger and assist the operator to find and solve faults. Therefore, study todesign excellent electrical control system is crucial to endow static pressure mouldingline with better market competitiveness.This dissertation firstly analyses the mechanical structure, hydraulic system andtechnological requirements of YJZ19515static pressure moulding line, which laying afoundation for overall design of the electrical control system. Then it studies the advantages and shortcomings of static pressure moulding lines produced by othermanufacturers domestically and around the world. And basing on results of the analysisand study, this dissertation determines the hardware configuration which mainlyincluding PLC (programmable logic controller), frequency converter, pressure sensor,displacement sensor and servo driver that are most suitable for Baoding well mouldingline and of the highest cost performance for static pressure moulding line electricalcontrol system. In the end, program design of the electrical control system is carried outand the commissioning is conducted through analyzing the technological process ofYJZ19515static pressure moulding line and referring to engineering experience offoreign static pressure moulding line and the domestic employment characteristics ofstatic pressure moulding line. The trial results demonstrate that the electrical controlsystem designed in this dissertation is of reliable performance that can guarantee normaloperation of the whole moulding line. |
