Chuankou tungsten mine is a old mine for minning many years which belongs to Yang Lin Pass mining area,which is managed by the vision of tungsten industry limited liability company,a subsidiary of Hunan Nonferrous. The main mining method used in the mine are sublevel caving method and continuous piecewise open stoping method. However, due to the complex morphology of the orebody, and the goafs in the mine ore seriously affected the production of zhe mine. The primary ore body has been unable to meet the needs of mine production, semi-weathering ore must to be mined. The present method can not be used in the mining of semi-weathering ore, must seek suitable method for semi-weathering ore vein group difficult mining orebody. And optimize the structural parameters and stoping sequence and recovery process, so that the changed mine method to meet the needs of the mine production capacity. This article mainly research results and conclusions are as follows:1) According to geological data, the present mining situation, analyze mining area’s technical conditions,at the same time, orebodies and mining technical condition have been classified, those basic thing is used for the selection of mining method. Describing the pioneering system, ventilation system, transportation system, and the existence of some problems of mines.2) On the basic of studying currently Mining methods, according to the mining technical condition, initially select three mining methods. Upward horizontal slicing and filling method,Upward horizontal slicing approaches filling method,Under horizontal slicing approaches filling method, finally, according to the mining conditions, comprehensive consideration of the security, economic, technical, Upward horizontal slicing approaches filling method is selected as the best method.3) In order to to set the sensible structural parameters of stope, the numerical simulation is used for this through MIDAS software. Determining the optimal structure parameters, which is the stope span is 3m, length of22m.4) A detailed and comprehensive design and descriptions is gived, mainly includes equipment, ore block structure parameters, quasi cutting, mining and other aspects, at the same time, listing the main economic and technical indicators. To prevent the settlement of shallow surface oxidized ore, finally, the article put forward some security and technological measures, it is mainly Filling mined-out area, reasonably control the pressure.
