For cut and fill mining method,mining operation is safe or not,the key lies in the mining field stability of backfill roof.And the stability of backfill,is arranged by the upper and lower layers of the stope and mining sequence field approach,the strength of the filling body,and the quality of filling stope should work together effect of stress factors such as changes in the decision.But the main factor of the stability of stope decision depends on the strength of the filling body,the strength of the filling body is to determine the decision of mine safety,reasonable,mainly low cost mining factors.Therefore,this paper to determine the strength of horizontal stratified filling body for the purpose of this study.The comprehensive application of the theory of elastic mechanics,structural mechanics theory and numerical simulation analysis of three moment method,the main research contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)Using the three moment equation of structure theory,analysis of slicing filling in different span roof bending moment and shear stress distribution,that proper increase of span and filling stoping drift bearing layer thickness and the adjacent upper and lower slicing drift adopts vertical staggered way more conducive to enhance the stability of backfill.(2)The rectangular stoping drifts were simplified to beam,mechanical model of thin plate,analysis of filling body bearing layer internal force characteristics;to determine the route of rectangular uniform load under different conditions,different bearing layer thickness to tensile strength.(3)Using RFPA2D numerical simulation software,analysis of the rectangular route to rock two help,help a route for Yuan Yan.a gang of filling body and route three on both sides of backfill backfill roof failure process under different structure conditions;analysis of the above three approaches in the top side in structure the strength of the existing filling,the ultimate compressive strength of the filling body can bear.At the same time,analysis of the ultimate compressive strength of hexagonal drift can bear,comparing the hexagonal section is superior to the rectangular section in the vertical displacement and compression capability limits.(4)The definition of safety factor using Mohr-Coulomb yield condition,the slicing filling body is rectangular,hexagonal drift stress conditions and the actual safety factor of filling body force under the condition of limit.Application of safety coefficient method,and then draw the backfill strength to horizontal layer backfill required.Through this study,further enriched the ideas determine the strength of the filling body stability analysis of filling body,applied to cut-and-fill mining in mines,the strength of the filling body design provides a theoretical basis and scientific guidance.At the same time,determine the reasonable filling intensity,can be added unnecessary Cement Mine reduced,thereby reducing the cost of filling,the research has important significance.
