| High intensity mechanized mining makes the resources of shallow coal seams in eastern China nearly exhausted,and then gradually turn to deep resources mining.However,there are large deformation of surrounding rock,strong rheology,easy to cause impact and other mine disasters in deep roadways,and upward slicing mining must be adopted for the mining of impact prone coal seams,and the filling body will be used as the false bottom,so the paste filling fully mechanized mining technology is of great importance Higher requirements are put forward,especially for the extra thick coal seam of more than 8m,the damage to the overlying strata is more serious,and it is difficult to control the strata.Therefore,based on the occurrence condition of Xinhe coal mine as deep impact prone extra thick coal seam,this paper analyzes the roof movement and deformation characteristics and overburden stress evolution law in the process of upward slicing paste filling mining by using comprehensive research methods such as mechanical analysis,numerical simulation and engineering application measurement,and carries on the engineering practice.The main research results are as follows(1)The mechanical analysis model of elastic foundation beam with roof segmented combination is established.The characteristics of roof movement and deformation in the process of upward slicing paste filling mining are studied,and the control mechanism of roof movement in upward slicing paste filling mining is revealed.(2)The calculation model of rock burst is established,and the roof movement and deformation characteristics of caving mining and filling mining are compared and analyzed.The critical conditions of rock burst are obtained respectively,and the mechanism of weakening rock burst by paste filling mining is revealed.(3)Numerical simulation is used to analyze the characteristics of filling compression,overburden movement and stress evolution in the process of upward slicing paste filling mining,and reveal the law of overburden movement and failure in upward slicing paste filling mining.(4)This paper uses upward slicing paste filling technology to mine Xinhe coal mine in which the thickness of coal seam is 9.9 m and the average buried depth is 1137 M.the field engineering measurement is made on the ground pressure behavior characteristics of filling face in engineering practice,and the data show that the engineering application effect is good.The paper has 43 figures,2 tables and 92 references. |
