| The structure of rich coal energy in our country determines that the coal industry is the pillar industry from now on to the future. The situation of the safety determines whether the coal mining enterprise can operate normally or not. In recent years, sudden accident occurred frequently which brought tremendous casualties and property losses to the enterprise. Because of this, our country and social society have pay a great attention to the security of the coal mining enterprises. Although sudden incident occurs suddenly, which could not have been foreseen and eliminated in advance, normative emergency management system can effectively cope with the sudden accident, reduce the consequences. So it is very important to build the construction of coal mining enterprises emergency rescue system. An assessment of its emergency rescue response capability is the company’s management system is perfect or not and have a effect on the companies production in the future.This thesis is from the emergency rescue capability of the coal mining enterprise to expand and analyzes the status of the emergency rescue capability of the coal mining enterprise. First, it designed evaluation index system of coal mine emergency rescue capability and determined weight of every indexes according to the G1(ordering relation analysis method) method. The Gl (ordering relation analysis method) method is different from the previous AHP. It has less quantitative calculation without consistency checking. Second, this paper uses the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to establish the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of the coal enterprises emergency capability. Through the application example, the model can be used to widely. The assessment model makes an objective evaluation of the emergency rescue capability of the coal mining enterprise. According to the result, this paper proposed the measures to improve the emergency rescue capability. So it has a practical significance. |
