Coal mine dust hazard is great, a serious threat to the miners healthy and safe production in coal mine, and as a very important steps in the process of coal mining, tunneling, mining face has become one of the highest place of producing dust capacity in mine. But limited by the coal mine tunneling, mining and other complex process and bad work environment, most of the coal mining enterprises is still in the process of producing dust some dust homework with relatively backward dust measures, lead to underground dust effect is not ideal, dust concentration still can not meet the requirements of the coal safety procedures, a serious threat to the miners healthy and safe production in coal mine.To solve above problem such as the coal mine dust effect is not ideal, this paper design a new type of mine high pressure atomized dust device, in order to safety production of coal mining enterprises to provide the necessary technical support. This thesis mainly conducted the following research work:(1) introduces the generation and harm of dust, on the basis of the principle of high pressure spray dust and the main factors influencing the effect of the dust and so on has carried on the related inquiry, for the design of high pressure spray dust device of new type mining research and development to provide technical reference.(2) the design put forward a new type of mine high pressure spray dust device-ZPF127mine high pressure spray dust device. Analysis of this paper introduces the overall design scheme of the dust device, selection of form a complete set of components and features, and then to ZPF127-Z type dust device research and development design process in detail in this paper, the control of the host. Used in the process of the control unit module design the NXP company latest LPC1114MCU with more stable performance, for dust device provides technical support to the effect of the dust; In the design of the flameproof enclosure used Solidworks simulink software on the1mpa finite element analysis of the static pressure, through the analysis of stress and strain diagram and related parameters, validation completely satisfy the requirement of the underground anti-explosion design parameters.(3) to ZPF-127high pressure spray dust device in coal mine in practical application and the dust effect is carried on the detailed analysis and research, combined with the special underground work environment and the different coal mine dust, again to ZPF127mine, on the basis of high pressure spray dust device, and puts forward the corresponding improvement measures and new design ideas, analysis shows that the new type of high pressure spray dust device can be achieved within the mine dust workplaces dust concentrations of overweight, spray dust area, do you have any personnel through the real-time detection, and so on and so forth, and can open automatically according to input signal sensors, suspension spray dust homework, achieve rapid effectively reduce the dust concentration in the work place can be respirable dust concentration, in particular, the coal safety regulation finally achieved the dust concentration of minimum requirements, protection of mine workers health and safety in production.
