The Development Strategy To Promote Wetland Ecosystem In Liaoning Province

On the basis of analyzing the current situation of the development of wetland ecosystemin Liaoning province. This paper did some research on how to develop Liaoning’s wetlandecosystem scientifically and reasonably. At first, this paper analyzed the development ofwetland ecosystem and current protection all around china, and put forward the special andgeneral definition of wetland, ecological, economic and cultural value of wetland. Also thispaper analyzed the special natural environment and economic conditions in Liaoning province.Second, this paper learned experience from the development of wetland in other places, suchas Hangzhou Xixi wetland made use of the mode“lthe coordination of use and protection” inthe process of wetland’s development,wetland in Germany gave full play to the role of civilorganization in the process of development as well as the comprehensive plan of wetlandprotection and control system. This paper combined the model of wetland in Liaoningprovince and the problems existing in the process of development and finally put forward thedevelopment strategy to promote wetland ecosystem in Liaoning province.
