River Wetland Conservation And Development Research

HEIHE river wetland is inhabited in SHANXI province, which has 15372.75 hectares of total area and has important function to the ecosystem environment and social economy. Based on the present condition of HEIHE river wetland, the present situations were analyzed and the protection plan and develop the exploitation path were put forwarded.1.The situation of HEIHE river wetland: HEIHE river is largest branch of WEIHE river rise from ERYE sea and YUHUANGCHI of TAIBA mountain in ZHOUZHI county. There are plentiful of plants and wild animals in this region, in which has fern plant and seed plant and includes bird, fish, turtle terrapin.2.The present problems of HEIHE river wetland: (1).The area of HEIHE river wetland was sharply decreased and the number of wild plants and animals was decreased because of destroy done by human;(2) Wild animals were threaten by confused hunting especial national class protecting fish category such as thin scale GUI and the doll fish. (3)The relation between woodland and wetland wasn't processed well and the accident of woodland seizing wetland was often occupied. 4)The ecosystem balance of wetland was destroyed by multifarious artificial activities.(5) Nowadays, there aren't any protecting laws and policies to HEIHE river. 3.The protecting strategies of HEIHE river wetland: According to the present situations and existing problems, carrying on the protection of HEIHE river wetland is utmost urgent and building up nature protection region is good way to protect wetland. Based on assurance of the sanctuary address, the construction target and the sanctuary property, the total program of sanctuary was designed , the programming diagram was draw, and the sanctuary management measure was made up. These works will provide suggestions to establishing the sanctuary of HEIHE river.4.The development and exploitation of HEIHE river wetland: The using way of water resource, multi-layers space using way of wetland resource and the using path of the ecosystem tour industry chain with combining line to face were put forwarded. These works will contribute to the local economy and the life level of residents.
