Discussion On The Construction Concept And Development Mode Of Fan River Minor Ecological Watershed

At present, Liaoning province is in the later stage of industrialization,modernization of thecity, in the process of modernization, enjoys abundant naturalresources and enormous environmental capacity, the ability to face the severechallenge and pressure on resource supply and environmental capacity. Theconstruction of small watershed ecology is an important support of sustainabledevelopment, also is the important symbol of sustainable development.This paper deeply analyzes the related research both at home and abroad, intothe concept of philosophy and the ecology theory, expounds the basic connotationconstruction of small watershed ecological, formation water resources ecology,natural resource ecology, social ecology and economic resources and ecologicalresources of the four major areas of the20index system, and take the “theory-Practice-Theory” route, the ecology of small watershed in Liaoning provincewhere the river as research unit, carries on the analysis from the Tieling CityEnvironmental Protection Bureau, Central ASTRI and other collected from2002,2005,2008and2011data. The analytic hierarchy process and principal componentanalysis method, form “-principal component analysis method”. Both the use ofexpert experience, comparison of the two two indexes based on step by step, forminga layer between the weight division, get natural resources as the most importantfactor, the weight is0.459, the social resources as the important factors, the weight is0.239, the influence degree of weight were0.169and0.132of the economicresources and water resources are relatively weak. Then, multivariate statisticalanalysis by the method of principal component analysis, consider the differencesbetween the various indicators of importance. Finally in the original indicators byprincipal component analysis, considering the value of various parameters in thegeneral, removing part of low impact index, the new system can be applied.
