Basically, this paper will take the Green Zhejiang as the sample of environmental non-governmental organization, to research its communication behavior on Wechat Public Platform with kinds of research methods such as content analysis, survey and interview.First of all, the features of mobile social networking platform and the rising of Wechat Public Platform will be analyzed to prove that mobile Internet would be the most important information dissemination channel in future, and the mobile Internet era is coming as well.After that, the self-positioning of the Green Zhejiang and the significant meaning of co-mmunication to E-NGO will be mentioned. Its main purpose is to evaluate the necessity and importance of the research value of the Green Zhejiang Wechat Public Platform.Meanwhile, series of perspectives such as users, content(basic attribute、main subjective、 case analysis and special topic are involved) and communication effect will be analyzed as well. Moreover, some relevant conclusions will be drawn and some communication strategies will be mentioned.Finally, the purpose of this essay is to state the reconstruction of relations between NGO and other subjects such as government, through the analysis of E-NGO changes between the support of mass media and the self sufficiency of we media.
