The Study Of Urban-Rural Pollution Transfer In China

Improving the rural environment is the basic requirement of building a well-off society in an all-round way and building a new socialist countryside. The fact is rural environmental problems have become an important issue which restricts the development of rural area. The only way to solve the issues of "agriculture, rural areas, and peasants" is to solve environmental problems. There are many aspects that lead to the deterioration of rural environment. One of the most important aspects is "Urban-rural pollution transfer". In recent years, due to the move of city’s garbage, industrial pollution sources and other pollution to the countryside, the deterioration of rural environment keeps increasing. In order to solve the environmental problems in rural ares, we must have a comprehensive study which concentrates on Urban-rural pollution transfer. Only in this way can we make more systematic and effective measures that prevent further deterioration of the environment.Firstly, this study elaborates the overall situation of Urban-rural pollution transfer and the in-depth analysis of the group of farmers and urban migrant workers. Secondly, it indicates the causes of the transfer of pollution. Thirdly, this study analyzes the management status of the transfer of rural pollution in China, and the main problems in the way of solving those problems. Lastly, it proposes three methods about the management of Urban-rural pollution transfer problem in China on aspects of goverrnment, enterprise and rural areas.
