This paper takes farmland use in Jiangxi province as the research object, on the basisof the analysis of characteristics of agricultural land use in Jiangxi, build carbon emissionmeasurement system of agricultural utilization,measure and analyze time and spacecharacteristics ofagricultural land use carbon emission in Jiangxi, do further analysis ofagricultural land use carbon emission differencesofdifferent physiognomy typesat Jiangxiprovince, explorethe inner and external reason on the basis of the farmland use carbonemission.Then present the technical path and policy system,provide important theoreticaland data basis for the future work of environment and climate, and making emissionreduction policy in Jiangxi province. It is of importantly theoretical and practicalsignificance for the development of low-carbon agriculture in Jiangxi province, and topromote agricultural sustainable development.This paper is through determining theagricultural land use carbon emission factorsof Jiangxi, calculating provincial agriculturalland use carbon emission and carbon intensity, decomposingagricultural land use carbonemission factorswith Kaya model in Jiangxi.According to the partition to divide threedifferent geomorphic type and calculating its carbon emission and carbon intensity, thenanalyzing the characteristic of time and space differences, putting forward thecorresponding countermeasures to reduce emissions.Overall, from2001to2012, carbon emission in Jiangxi province presented the trendof increasing year by year. From the aspect of all kinds of agricultural activities, carbonemission caused by fertilizer use between2001and2012increased year by year, whichwas one of the main source of agricultural land use carbon emission. Carbon emissioncaused by agricultural films, the use of pesticides and ploughing also presented theincreasing trend year by year. Carbon emissionproduced by agriculture irrigation reducedbefore the change trend of increasing, carbon emission caused byagriculturalmechanization operation presented the increasing trend year by year.From the aspect of carbon intensity, agricultural land use carbon intensity inJiangxitended to enhancing and then weakening. From carbon emission of the various districtscity at Jiangxi, Ganzhou was the city which produced the most carbon emission in2010,while Jingdezhen city was the least. In terms of the structure of agricultural land usecarbon emission in2010, fertilizer was the main source of carbon emission, accounting formore than50%of the total. Through the analysis of province farmland utilization factordecompositioninJiangxi, which found that the efficiency of farmland use, agricultural laborforce scale factors performed carbon reducing effect on the overall, agricultural structures,agricultural economic level performed to enhance the effect of carbon emissionon thewhole. The calculation result ofagricultural land use carbon emissionabout three differentphysiognomy types show that agricultural land use carbon emission of20counties at theregion of plainsbetween2001to2010increased and then decreased and then increasedagain, increased on the whole level, while the trend at the hilly region andmountain regionall showed a trend of increasing year by year. From the perspective of the land utilizationstructure, the main carbon source of three regions was the use of fertilizers. At plain region,Yugan county was the area which caused the most carbon emission, while the least wasWanNian county. At hilly region, Nanfeng county produced the most carbon emission, butHengFeng county produced the least. At mountain region, Anyuan county was the areawhich caused the most carbon emission, while at least for Zixi county. The use offertilizers was one of the main source of carbon emission at the three differentphysiognomy types regions. The use of pesticides and agricultural films were also twoimportant factors. Therefore, the corresponding carbon reduction countermeasures include:rationally using chemical fertilizer, promoting crops rotation according to the nature of thecultivation, effectively utilizing the soil fertility after use; Minimizing the use of pesticides,using biological control measures more, using ecological energy as far as possibly; Payingmore attention to the recycling use of polluting plastics.Strengthening the scientific andtechnological innovation, improving the low carbon technology applying in agriculturalproduction.
