As an offshore heavy oil in steam huff puff, Yuedong oilfield are nationally andinternationally for the first time. It puts forward new requirements for the workoveroperation. The offshore workover operations mainly use marine workover rig, whose priceis higher. If using conventional ocean workover rig, the operating costs will increasesubstantially. In addition the conventional ocean workover rig is focused on the design ofthe offshore platform whose well repair range is small, while the artificial island oil wellsare more, so conventional ocean workover rig for Yuedong oilfield artificial island inworkover operation is greatly reduced. In addition, because Yuedong oilfield belongs tothe offshore oil field, the workover operation puts forward higher requirements in terms oftechnology and safety and environmental protection. At present the onshore oilfieldworkover technology can not fully meet the requirements.This study mainly includes the design and development of pipe conveying system,workover platform to work well the transport mechanization system of vertical ground tothe workover platform rod mechanical tube, relates to the mechanical design, hydraulictransmission, control etc. This study is conductive to improve the East Sea workovertechnology level and also provides a new choice for the development of offshore workovertechnology under the new situation.
