Each of the gas fields has differences in Jilin Oilfield, a part of gas wells that its gas pressure coefficient is decreasing fast, result in the serious loss volume of wells control fluid. Also, a part of gas fields natural gas contain a lot of CO2and a small amount of formation water which makes tubing severe corrode, perforate,break off, resulting in the salvage process complexity. In order to ensure normal gas wells product, an urgent need for gas wells develop gas wells workover technology, especially gas wells kill technology and corroded tubing salvage process technology.The article analyzed the situation of Jilin oilfield such as Changling, Yingtai,Fulongquan, Shuangtuozi gas field and workover current situation. Carried out the plugging agent and corroded tubing salvage tools research. Developed added plugging materials in the well killing fluid which had low leakage, easy flowback and protect oil and gas layer characteristics. Researched and improved corroded tubing fishing tools:Milling die and Slip overshot, improved corroded tubing salvage success rate. Once again checked the fishing intensity of movable window cylinders and external rotation of the salvage cylinders, according to the different tubings, used different salvage parameters. The field experiments show:added plugging materials in the well killing fluid suit Jilin Oilfield gas wells workover operations; a variety of corroded tubing fishing tools in the field test successful and improve the technology of Jilin Oilfield gas wells workover.
