Mine mining activities are to facilitate and meet the needs of human life,while ore mining also consumes a lot of energy.This article mainly studies the energy consumption problem in open-pit mining.The energy consumption of piercing and blasting is mainly the energy consumption of drilling rig perforation and blasting construction.Reducing unexplained waste of open-pit mining energy and realizing cost reduction and efficiency have been the focus of mining companies.However,while reducing energy consumption,the large block rate has always been an important factor restricting the development of open-pit mining enterprises.It is to reduce the energy consumption and control the generation of large block rate,so that enterprises can achieve reasonable technology and economical optimization.With the background of Tiema mining area of Chiping Tiema Mining Company,the important factors affecting the energy consumption of drilling rig perforation are explored mainly through field experiments.The index of blasting energy consumption is sampled and investigated to deeply explore the internal logical relationship.Rise to the theoretical research to study the intrinsic relationship between burst energy consumption and block control.The perforation energy consumption value of the roller rig is used to estimate and evaluate the state of the rock being cut,so that the perforation operation parameters can be determined by the perforation energy consumption.The perforation operation parameters mainly include the mesh parameter,the explosive unit consumption,the drill consumption coefficient,the perforation speed and the change of wheelbase,etc.,the energy consumption value of the perforation is mainly through the unit of blasting rock power consumption(counter installed on the rig)to find the change law of the energy consumption value of the perforation,and then establish the relationship between the bursting operation parameters and the block control.Finally,the influence of perforation energy consumption on the blasting block was studied.In open-pit mining activities,given the blasting parameters such as rock properties,explosive properties,and charging structure,there is a direct relationship between the blasting energy consumption of the broken rock block and the blasting block degree.It has important research significance in actual production activities.The effect on the blasting block degree can make the blasting operation achieve better results,reduce the energy consumption in the early stage of the mining project,and save the cost of mining.Figure 28;Table 15;Reference 58... |
