Currently, due to the effects of climate change and human activities, land degradation rate had increased, spatial extent of ecological degradation had further expanded, people who are living in the arid areas where ecological environment is more hostile, developing the economy in the cost of resource depletion, and then forcing the current issues of population, resources and environment getting increasingly fierce. Along with population growth, development of urbanization and industrialization, conflicts between socio-economic and ecological environment in urban and rural area have become increasingly prominent. Due to the different social groups and their different attitude to the nature, different human activities produce different effects on the ecological environment. This paper focuses on theoretical study and research on the relationship between human behavior and ecological impact of the residents’ behavior in urban and rural on the ecological environment. Currently, humanity is facing ecological problems and has to find new ways of thinking point for urban and rural socio-ecological systems system stability, recommendations for sustainable development of human behavior in the terms of management level. In this paper, theoretical and empirical research methods are combined, with the main line theory, the theoretical assumptions of empirical research as exploratory research. Through field investigation, household survey of urban and rural residents to research the social and ecological aspects of production, draw various socio-economic indicators of the degree of impact on the ecological environment using principal component analysis. In this paper,3S technology, through the ArcGIS platform to establish a "resident-social economy" spatial and attribute database, and using spatial interpolation function indicators affecting the ecological environment for data processing, analysis of the spatial distribution pattern. Statistical analysis and Arc GIS combined method (comprehensive index evaluation method, multivariate regression model), established residents of socio-economic factors (GDP) distribution on the ecological environment and the impact of developments in space. The main results obtained in this paper are as follows:1)By the household survey of urban and rural residents’ behavior (social and economic) and eco-environment awareness, analyze the results of socio-economic characteristics of urban and rural residents and ecological environmental awareness. Urban residents and rural residents" social functions and features are different. Rural than urban, household net income mainly from agriculture and animal husbandry, the income level of less than urban residents. Low cultural level-headed, older age, family size also, the destruction of the natural environment is more serious. Residents evaluation of air quality, the quality of drinking water quality, green area of urban areas are not as high, eco-conscious environment intended to lower than urban residents. From the main results of the analyzes of view, have a significant impact on the ecological environment factors mainly:In rural areas, residents education, family size, and crop acreage affected net income more significant. In urban areas, the living conditions, income, household nature, ecological water-saving facilities more significant impact on the environment.2) Spatial distribution of social and economic factors of urban and rural area indicates that, spatial distribution socio-economic factors of rural residents’ are patchy, massive and banded from the Northwest-Southwest. In the urban area, spatial distribution socio-economic factors of urban residents’ are patchy distribution from the East-West. Population and ages are in the state of tabular regional distribution.3) Comprehensive evaluation model can be used to calculate the spatial distribution of various factors and socio-economic index (net income) in the urban and rural areas by means of ARCMAP Spatial Analyst module, in Aydinghu village, evaluation index of net income and ecological driving force factor ranged from8.94-34.03, evaluation index of monthly income and ecological driving force factors of Turpan city is between2.45-78.39, extent of various factors’ impact on income of urban and rural area is divided into Ⅰ-Ⅳ different influential level. It is also can be concluded that impact of urban residents’ behavior on the ecological environment is higher than behavior of rural residents.
