In this paper, a comprehensive analysis of domestic and international basis aboutthree soft seam on the safe and efficient mining, the method of theoretical analysisand field tests on the face of industrial safety and efficient mining techniques werestudied.By studying the face three machines supporting technology for Huopu mine02178working face of the three machines supporting the selection calculation,get fit17#coal mine Huopu reasonable working resistance of support, hydraulic support thatis suiTable for the mining conditions of working surface, shearers, armored-faceconveyors and related equipment, through adaptive evaluation of the support,we findthat the support selected have a good adapTableility of the working face; End supportand advanced support has been studied, and finally we get the suiTable end supportand advanced support form of the three soft coal seam of Huopu coal mine.Finally thesupport strength was checked and the result show that it can meet therequirements.Mining process parameters was studied of Huopu mine in three soft coalby analyzing the working face to get the right length, cutting coal miner way, Shearerfeed mode, face cradle frame shift mode.Finally the appropriate recovery process wasdesigned, so that the mining face speed is greatly improved compared to the previous.
