The Wangwa Mining Area is located in the southern mountainous area of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region.The mining area is rich in coal resources.It is a key project for the establishment of a fuel structure project in the Ningnan mountainous area during the “7·5” period.There are three pairs of mines in the mining area,namely the WangWa Coal Mine(6 million tons)./year),Wangwa No.2 Mine(3 million tons/year),Yindonggou Coal Mine(3 million tons/year).The mine has good coal deposit conditions and the average total thickness of the recoverable coal seam is 25.42 m.The mining of the thick coal seam adopts a layered comprehensive mechanized coal mining technology,which has the advantages of high roadway excavation rate,difficulty in supporting,large maintenance,and high mining cost.,difficult to reach the design production capacity and other issues.The main content of this paper is as follows:1.Taking the Wangwa No.2 Mine as the entry point,around the safe and efficient advanced coal mining technology,collect and analyze the geological,hydrological and mining technical conditions of the mining area,and grasp the adaptability of the mining technology conditions to the safe and efficient advanced coal mining technology.2.Measure and analyze the lithology and seam toughness parameters of the coal seam and roof and floor in the Wangbi Mining Area,combine the practice of the thick coal seam mining technology in China,perform qualitative analysis of the coal seam mining process,and provide reliability analysis for the determination of coal mining methods and processes.3.Through analogy analysis,theory and practice analysis,evaluation analysis,experimental analysis and other engineering analogy method to determine the thick coal seam in the mining area of the top coal caving technology,and provide the basis for selecting the coal mining process.4.Simulate the actual mining situation of the coal mining face,study the top coal failure mechanism and release,simulate the impact of different coal laying steps and coal laying methods on recovery rate,and master the law of mine pressure.5.Propose the safety and high-efficiency coal mining technology and production system for the thick coal seam in the Wangbi Mining Area,the adaptability of the disaster prevention and control system to the safe and advanced coal mining technology,and the safety technical safeguard measures.
