Along with mining demand of economic development, the number ofconstruction projects more and more mining, mining throughout the country, miningintensity and frequency also increases, environmental impact generated by miningconstruction projects are also of concern. China’s ecological environment impactassessment is currently still in the stage of exploration, research and development, andevaluation methods mature ecological impacts of mining class construction projectsnot yet formed, there are currently more concerned about the graphic overlay method,a list of checklists, ecological mechanism analysis, analogy, systems analysis,productivity evaluation, quantitative evaluation of biodiversity, landscape ecologymethods, mathematical evaluation and comprehensive index. Both qualitative andquantitative methods, or in the application still appears inadequate of many methods,2011Ministry of Environmental Protection issued implementation of the "TechnicalGuidelines for Environmental Impact Assessment of the ecological impact"(HJ19-2011) Scope of the area above the county level, but the actual environmentalimpact assessment of environment impact assessment method selected portions veryinconsistent, an urgent need impact Assessment of Regional Ecological environmentsmaller species suitable for use in mining construction projects, both applicability andstraightforward.In this paper, based on characteristics of the ecological impact of miningconstruction projects environmental analysis, summarized the environmental impactof mining projects ecology class main factors relocation, environmental pollution andecological destruction, combined with the status of the regional ecologicalenvironment construction projects, each kinds of pollution levels of governance andintegrated socio-economic environmental factors, comprehensive evaluation methodchosen quality index system suitable for mining construction projectseco-environmental impact assessment, the index system includes a total of28factorsevaluation7, the evaluation and qualitative-quantitative-no quantization transformation, evaluation index weight is determined using the analytic hierarchyprocess, the establishment of a comprehensive evaluation model quantitative lyevaluate the quality of mining construction projects ecological environment.The use of evaluation index system and evaluation model established for the goldemblem mining lead and zinc ore mining project Guojiagou Hui county ecologicalenvironment impact assessment, calculated by AHP weights, obtained the miningenvironment has a greater impact evaluation of surface damage, land reclamation,environmental return on investment, land use type, the degree of governmentintervention, meanwhile comprehensive evaluation value Less than0.1calculatedecological impact of the mine, after predicting the impact on the mining projectoperations less damage the ecological environment, comparison with neighboringLuoBa lead-zinc mineralization operational status of the environmental impact ofecological evaluation results in line with the actual situation of the Los dam, in linewith the environmental impact assessment predictions.
