Welding deformation and cracking problems hydraulic support structures has been a majorproblem for the industry’s product quality and performance. Structural cracking resulting facedown for maintenance is an important cause of user dissatisfaction on product performance.Hydraulic support structures belonging to the plate and multi-chamber profile box beamstructure composed of densely arranged weld quantity larger weld size, structure, severestress concentration, residual stress distribution complex, which is designed to bringmanufacturing work greater difficulties. Firstly, the actual use of hydraulic support for theprocess of cracking problems arise various statistical analysis, classify and summarize thereasons for the different welding deformation and cracking problems; secondly, from thevillage of stents commonly used materials, welding method, process parameters andequipment starting on the hydraulic characteristics of the stent structure and thermal effects inthe form of welded seam structure analysis, design of welded structures, welding distortionfactors and causes of in-depth research, the appropriate quality control measures; Finally,through the hydraulic scaffold structure calculation performed mechanical strength, finiteelement analysis, strain testing laboratory, found greater risk of stress positions, weldquality control method is proposed based on the stress levels of different sizes with different.This paper studies and control of welding deformation and cracking problems of hydraulicsupport structure stress analysis method based scaffold proposed weld the bracket structurelayout design principles and structural components of welding deformation control measures,found a little increase in cost the case can reach a better way to solve the cracking problem forfuture stent design and quality control of welded structures there is a strong reference andguidance.
