This topic is an important part of the Zhengzhou Coal Mining Machinery Groupresearch project on hydraulic supports electro-hydraulic control system, the foreignelectro-hydraulic control system has a disadvantage of high cost, inconvenent updateand repair, long supply circle and bad adaptability to China’s underground coal mineenvironment, the domestic electro-hydraulic control system’s core technology is notmature, the workmanship is relatively backward, that’s why we put forward this subject.So, study of hydraulic supports electro-hydraulic control system with independentintellectual property rights is of great significance.The main research work are as follows:①Conducted several field research on the actual working environment and theaction of the hydraulic support in the Integrated Coal Face, combination with advicefrom workers with many years operational experience of hydraulic support, referencethe control functions of foreign bracket controller, Determine the system’s controlfunctions and control methods..②According to the action and work status of hydraulic support, analysis the CPUresources needed by the design of the system in detail, and through comparison ofseveral commonly used control chip, Identified the CPU in this system. Designed thefront panel of the bracket controller, Input and output interfaces, the emergency stopand locking button, Man-machine interface, Minimum System, A/D sampling circuit,Communication circuit, Switch input circuit, Protection circuit, the switch circuit andcommunication network system. To enhance the stability of the system, addovervoltage protection circuit, anti-jamming measures.③Design software of bracket controller. First of all, have a general design to thesoftware. The work is divided into two categories: one is the initialization of thesystem, and the other is the software design of sub-module. Including the softwaredesign of A/D sampling、Input signal processing and output signal processing moduleand program design of CRC of The communications network. To convenient thesystem debugging and upgrade, left the JTAG interface and adopted modular design,greatly improving the efficiency of the system.In order to meet the health and rapid development of China’s coal industry,Relying on the technical and financial support of the Zhengzhou Coal Mining Machinery Group, we developed and designed the hydraulic support ofelectro-hydraulic control system that adapt to China’s underground environment, debugand experimental the part features of the system, the result shows that the indicatorshave reached the practical requirements.
