Coordinationpolymershavereceivedextensiveattentioninrecentyear,notonlybecauseoftheir various coordination modes and fascinating structures, but also owing to their potentialapplicationforcatalysis,adsorption,quantumchemistry,biologicalactivityandsoon.As to ligands, employing pyridazine-based ligands with multiple N donors to bind metalions for building novel supramolecular framework has been investigated. Notably,pyridazine-compound can be used as pharmaceutical intermediates, for example, long-termsulfa drugs SMP as pyridazine derivatives widely have been used in clinic. However, to ourknowledge,thestudyofAg(I)coordinationpolymercontainingpyridazineisstillverylimited.So, in this work, we report a new one-dimensional infinite chain Ag(I) complex, namely,[AgL12(NO3)](1), based on ligand3-chloro-6-(1H-1,2,4-triazol-1-yl) pyridazine (L1). TheantibacterialandantioxidantactivitiesofL1and1arealsodescribed.Benzimidazole and its complexes are an vital species of nitrogen-containing heterocycliccompounds, which have wide range of applications in the food, medicine, health, and otherareas, owing to its excellent selectivity and good biological activity. Simultaneously, since itsdiversity of the coordination, geometry and strong coordination ability. Some metalcomplexes have been synthesized with benzimidazole and its derivatives as the ligand, theyhave the activities of anticancer catalytic and bactericida, and also have goodphotoluminescence and electreluminesence properties, Scientist have paid attention in thefield of opto-electronic functional materials. In this papers,the ligand1H-1,2,4-triazole-1-methylene-1H-benzimidazole (L2), and its two new derivatives,[ZnL22Cl2]n (2) and[AgL2(NO3)]n (3) were synthesized, and characterized by X-ray single diffraction, IR andelementalanalysis.Owingtothegreaterdistributionoftheelectrondensityassociatedwiththebenzimidazoyl and triazoyl units of L2, the supramolecular frameworks of L2,2and3aredominated by hydrogen bonding or π...π interactions in the solid state. In additional, thephotoluminescentpropertiesofL2,2and3werealsodescribed.
