Abstract/Summary:
Quality Function Deployment theory is based on the target quality system to meet the needs ofcustomers, expand market share. The system uses a systematic, disciplined approach to the investigateand analysis of customer demand and converted into product characteristics, parts characteristics, processcharacteristics, quality and production planning information technology needs, making the design andmanufacture of products can really meet customer demands. TRIZ is a knowledge-based, systematicmethod of solution of inventive problem-oriented methodology. TRIZ theory is that the basic problemsand contradictions that contained in a large number of inventions which are the same, just differenttechnical field only the knowledge of the previous invention refine and re-organization, the formation of asystematic theory of knowledge, The invention can be used as a guide latecomers creativity, innovationand development. Mastery the theory is not only help to improve the success rate of the invention, toshorten the cycle of the invention, but also to make problem inventive with predictability. Conceptualdesign method of industrial products test fixtures based on QFD and TRIZ is able to meet the needs ofdifferent users, shorten product design cycles and improve product quality. In the conceptual design of thetest fixtures, combined QFD with TRIZ and played their respective advantages, use the QFD theory tosolve the conceptual design of the test fixture in the "what need to do”, then use TRIZ theory to solve theproblem of "how to do".Since there is flawed in the gaining user requirements and engineering measures technical conflict,House of Quality model of the user requirements of the test fixture systematic analysis calculated theimpact test fixture needs seven types of parameters, including functionality, reliability, stability,human-machine, process, security and economy of a total of20main parameters. After analysis of theselection, to finalize the adoption of the the thirteen main parameters for the construction of the house ofquality between user requirements and engineering measures. To determine the available engineeringmeasures adopted by the panel discussion and brainstorming. Analysis of thirteen user demandparameters of weight and influence, come to improve the necessary engineering measures, including:price, service life, reliability, cooling devices, Dimensions, fast replacement, measurement accuracy,precision manufacturing, mechanical motion systems, support parts, shock absorber parts, RF parts,operating system, commonality, standardization, clamping methods, and in accordance with the principleof the house of quality scoring to determine the technical conflict between the various engineeringmeasures. The use of the inventive principles of TRIZ theory, draw test fixture technical conflict, and todemonstrate its feasibility analysis, use of engineering examples to practice and demonstrate the problem solving process. Finally, evaluation method based on fuzzy decision of fuzzy comprehensive evaluationof the above solution, drawn at the improvement of the program’s strengths and weaknesses.
