| A higher demand was put forward to the pharmaceutical packaging along withthe social progress and scientific and technological development, drug management isgradually becoming more and more consummate especially after China’s successfulaccession to the WTO, prescription and non-prescription drugs are under differentmanagement especially after the full implementation of the GMP certification.Pharmaceutical packaging is getting wide attentions from nations, industries,enterprises, communities and consumers. Therefore, this article is designed for thewaste removing controlling module used in the HDZ-80-type auto-packagingmachine, and the purpose is to improve the detection rate of unqualified products andreduce the chance of substandard goods mixed with qualified ones, so theconsumers can get further drug safety.This is comprehensive analysis to the production principle of theauto-packaging machine. This article made a deep interpretation of the packagingprocess, explained the different significance of carton actions between differentproduction stations, cited the problems leading to substandard products may exist invarious production processes, located the shortage of the original waste removingcontrolling module, proposed requirements to the waste removing controlling module,and a waste removing controlling module is under design.The overall design of the waste removing controlling module is divided into twoparts: Box-ticking action actuator and control card based on ISA bus. In the part ofbox-ticking action actuator, a box-ticking action is designed according to the actualproduction, a suitable power source was selected, the mechanical principle of this partwas described, various moving parts of this part were designed and verified, standardparts in conjunction with moving parts were selected, and the reliability was checkedby checking the agency freedom. The design of box-ticking control card contains thedesigns of the control circuit and the driver. In the part of control circuit design, basedon the characteristics and location of nonconforming product that appears, selectedthe correct test results readily available detection methods and selected appropriate sensors, address decoding circuit is designed, the signal input/output circuit and theinterrupt processing circuit are designed; in the part of driver design, the analysis ofthe running processes of Win32DriveModel was done, an I/O interface driver wasdesigned, a service routine for box-ticking interrupt was designed. |
