Research Of The Pattern Card CAM System Of The Jacquard

CAM (Computer Aided Manufacture) is the landmark technology which promotes the technology progress of each industry and indicates the industry level of a country. The textile industry is one of pillar industries in the national economy. Jacquard is one of the principal branches of the textile industry. So the research of its automated production technology is very important. This paper researches on the pattern card CAM system which is widely used in China, analyzes the problems of the system which need to be solved quickly and provides the solution of a new pattern card CAM system.Chapter one, firstly, introduces the development of jacquard technology and summarizes the development and the current situation of jacquard technology in our country, then analyzes the problems of the current pattern card CAM system, lastly, presents the research work of this project.Chapter two, firstly, introduces the foundation knowledge of jacquard techniques and the jacquard CAD system which is always associated with the pattern card CAM system, then, introduces the general aspect of the pattern card CAM system, then analyzes the design requirement of the pattern card CAM system and presents the overall design of the pattern card CAM system.Chapter three, firstly, analyzes the selection of operation system which the control software module of the pattern card CAM system bases on and the development tool of the control software module of the pattern card CAM system, then, introduces the interface and the principal functions of the control software module, lastly, elaborates the program implementation of two core modules, graphic output module and data transmission module, of the software module of the pattern card CAM system.Chapter four, firstly, analyzes the function requirements of the hardware control module of the pattern card CAM system and presents the principle design of the hardware control module, then, elaborates the implementation of each sub module and...
