Presently，the supervisory work of the coal mine safety in production is highlytaken the Party Committee and the State Council’s notice, exspecially since the16thParty Congress. the Party Committee,leading by Hu Jintao,adopted a series ofsignificant actions for the enhancement of safety in production, proposed the guidingprinciple of ‘safe development’, including the demand for making a sound Safetysupervision system, strengthening the construction of the legal system of safety inproduction, ascertaining the production safety responsibility systemand themanagement and so on.It has caused our country’s situation of production safety topresent the good aspect with the overall stable.But because of the feature, whichcontains long-term and the complex, of the coal mine safety production managementwork, the contradiction that affects the safety in production on the deep level is notyet absolutely solved, the situation of the safety in production is still stern．The key point of this topic is about the safety management in ChaiLi coal mineowned by state,which has more than40year coal mining history.Basing on theresearch and analysis，it carries out some important advice and makes a systemicexplanation for the construction of the security force research. Moreover，as themajority coal mine enterprises of our state has the same situation as Chaili coalmine,such as problems left over by history, a large number of staff, widespreadscaleand so on.it would be a great help for them.
