Research On Safety Culture Construction Of Dapeng Peninsula

With the rapid development of economy and society, safety has become the first need inpeople’s life. Developing the use of various means of science, technology and managementmethods, people try to improve the inherent safety. Unfortunately, a lot of incidents broke out.Therefore, the concept of safety culture came into being.Safety culture is not only the most fundamental means and method to solve the safetyproblem, but also the basis and guarantee to establish the permanent mechanism of safety inproduction. The construction of safety culture, creating a positive atmosphere of publicopinions for safety, can produce an immeasurable energetic promotion to the safetymanagement. Organizing and coordinating the mechanism of safety management, it can createa good and safe working environment and develop a self-discipline management system,which will improve the safety awareness of staffs by standardizing their operating behaviorsand reduce the violation caused accidents.This paper carried out a full investigation, analysis and summary to the status of thesafety culture construction of Dapeng Peninsula. Combining with the basic theory of safetyculture construction and the successful experience of domestic and foreign practice, this paperre-design the safety culture construction program and evaluation system to Dapeng Peninsula.Also, the safeguard mechanism from the two levels of government and enterprises on how tocarry out the construction of the safety culture effectively were provided, in order to promotethe development of the safety culture of Dapeng Peninsula.
