Xiong’ershan gold ore concentration region is located in the southern margin of North China Craton, near the North Qinling orogenic belt, and have multiphase and intense tectonic-magmatic activity, particularly in the Mesozoic most strongly. A large number of gold deposits outputted in this area. Adding together the Xiao Qinling Gold deposit area formed the second largest gold base area in China.Tectonic system and intrusive mass are two main ore control factors of mineralization, and control the occurrence and distribution of fault-controlled gold deposits and magma-controlled gold deposits respectively. Among them, the fault-controlled gold mineralized in the north of Machaoying fault. All of them outputted along the NE-trending faults series and the detachment fault, extensive development of fine vein-disseminated gold deposit, altered-broken rock gold deposit, silicification-rock gold deposit, quartz vein-type gold deposits. While magma-controlled gold deposits mineralization in intrusive rocks and breccias body or around, the breccias-type gold deposit and the porphyry molybdenum-gold deposit are its common deposits type.Yanshaninan is the main metallogenic epoch for of the gold deposits in Xiong’ershan Region, which has a good corresponding to the post-orogenic extension of the Qinling orogenic belt, and the peak epochs for the mineralization is 110 ~ 132Ma. The study and analysis in trace elements to intrusive rocks and the major strata of the region show that lower crust remelting magma is the main source of lithogenous material. According to the study of REE patterns to typical gold deposits and rocks in Xiong’ershan Region, we know that there are 5 types REE patterns both in typical gold deposits and rocks, and their REE patterns have a good complementary features, all of this suggested the area with 5 types of ore-forming fluid, maybe indicate they have different sources of ithogenous and metallogenic material. Sulfur and lead isotope analysis results indicate that the lower crust and upper mantle are the main source of ithogenous and metallogenic material, mixed by shallow material, and formed a kind of mixing multy source of ithogenous and metallogenic material. The minerogenetic system of gold deposits in Xiong’ershan gold ore concentration region can be divided into the orogenetic type subsystems and the magmatic type subsystem. orogenetic type subsystem controls the occurrence and distribution of fault control gold deposits series, all of them located in the northern of EW-trending Machaoying fault and veinlets disseminated gold deposit, altered-broken rock gold deposit, silicification-rock gold deposit and quartz vein-type gold deposits are the common deposit types of this gold deposits. While magmatic type subsystem controls the occurrence and distribution of magma control gold deposits series. These gold deposits output in the intrusive rocks and the breccias or around, and porphyry molybdenum-gold deposit and breccias-type gold deposit are the main deposit types of this gold deposits. The genetic of the two subsystems associated, similar to the time, space-time well coupling. There are many small intrusive veins occurred in fault control gold deposits series, and also there are several faults developed in magma control gold deposits series. These characters formed the coupling of many factors and superimposed mineralization, increased in intensity of mineralization, and diverse deposit types of these gold deposits. Finally, based on the minerogenetic system of gold deposits, geological genetic model of gold deposit in this region was constructed in this paper.
