Inventory Of Pezizales And Taxonomy Of Pezizaceae And Pyronemataceae From Jilin Province

Based on the investigation of Pezizales species from Jilin Province, the taxcon- omy of Pezizaceae and Pyronemataceae were carried out.A total of 60 species belonging to 20 genera, 7 families were identified from 249 specimens collected during 2013 to 2015 and preserved in Herbarium Mycology of Jilin Agriculture University(HMJAU). In which 4 new to China, Peziza saniosa Schrad., Sarcoscypha dudleyi(Peck) Baral, Scutellinia setosissima Le Gal, Wilcoxina mikolae(Chin S. Yang & H.E.Wilcox) Chin S. Yang & Korf, and 1 new record genus, Wilcoxina Chin S. Yang & Korf, are reported, 3 new record species to the Chinese Mainland, Scutellinia jungneri(Henn.) Clem.,Scutellinia phymatodea S.C. Kaushal & R. Kaushal、Peziza varia(Hedw.) Alb. & Schwein, and9 new record to Jilin, Pachyella celtica(Boud.) H?ffner, Peziza depressa Pers., Otidea olivaceobrunnea Harmaja, Scutellinia kerguelensis(Berk.) Kuntze, Scutellinia pseudovitreola W.Y. Zhuang & Zhu L. Yang, Scutellinia setosa(Nees) Kuntze, Scutellinia sinosetosa W.Y.Zhuang & Zheng Wang, Cheilymenia theleboloides(Alb. & Schwein.) Boud, Trichop- haea geoporoidesKorf & W.Y. Zhuang were identified. The Inventory of Pezizales from Jilin Province are completed.There are 11 species, 2 genera of Pezizaceae, and 25 species, 11 genera of Pyronemataceae were identified and studied in detail. Keys to speciesdescribtion of morphological characteristics,and line drawings are also provided. ITS of several species in Peziza were sequenced, and the result were confirmed by Blast.
