| In this paper, Gansu Bailong River Basin unit as the study region which is a typical area in Gansu province which is the most serious geological disasters happened place in China. Used environmental geological survey data as the data source, with the support of GIS technology to establish of geological hazard information system of Gansu Bailong River Basin, It’s a platform support and data support to improve the efficiency of disaster prevention and mitigation. So the following work has been done:1. Geo Environment information, geological disasters thematic data, geological disasters in the history of the survey details, climate hydrological characteristics information, socio-economic survey data, traffic data, remote sensing data and other geographic information base data of study area had been collected to build geological disaster spatial database. It’s completed with the function of geological disaster information storage, management, dynamic updating, processing and appropriated for geological hazard information system construction.2.Sub-system function module design had been completed after the user needs survey analysis. Used Map GISK9 and Arc GISEngine component on VS2015(.NET) platform to realize the functions of database management, query, view switching function, space analysis, geological disaster risk assessment capabilities, disaster emergency rescue decision support functions, map the underlying operating system functions, and other common functions.3. Used the performance benefits of Arc SDE access spatial database to achieve Arc SDE + Oracle database access mode in the system. Developed Gansu Bailong River Basin geological hazard information system desktop client, and realized database management, user rights management geological disaster information query, Spatial analysis,charting and other basic operating functions.4. Realized the calls and access function of Map GIS and Arc GIS data. At the same time, a quick method of Map GIS data convert into Arc GIS data had been Achieved. |
