Space landscape pattern optimization landscape structure change and sustainable development of one of the hot issues, and landscape pattern space optimized by landscape ecology research in the field of attention. Dongfang is the largest coastal city of Hainan Province, the ecological environment is highly sensitive. In this paper, based on the 2010 and 2015 the landscape data, researching space optimization landscape pattern of Dongfang based on MCR and stability evaluation model, proposing appropriate ecological optimization tips. Draw the following conclusions:(1) In 2010, forest and farmland is the main landscape, forest is dominant landscape.2015 forests is still the dominant landscape; mangrove is concentrated. Between 2010 and 2015, mangrove became into water. The area and patchs of arbor forest dramatically reduced, land for construction, conversion of agricultural lands and waters. Land suitable for afforestation conversion to agricultural lands and forests. Different landscape interconversion, increasing landscape fragmentation of landscape stability seriously.(2) To make the 2010 and 2015 landscape stability and landscape study on spatial optimization of comparable, assuming two times with the same landscape size and amplitude analysis. Suitable for landscape size of 120m, between landscape patches in combination to achieve the best. Landscape suitable for analysis of windows 3000m, landscape attributes spaces associated to achieve maximum.(3) In 2010, very stable located of Dongfang in southeastern mountainou landscape, generally unstable close to the towns and villages, very unstable located in the city.2015 landscape stability characteristics consistent with the partition in 2010, very stable located in southeastern mountainous, area declined; very unstable area located around the town and changhua river, the area is increasing. From 2010 to 2015, due to the continuous expansion of urban construction and continuously push forward the strategic international tourism island, the overall landscape stability is decling, environmental destruction, need space landscape pattern optimization, should increase Changhua River basin and southeastern mountain environments protection of mountain ecosystems in order to promote improvement and control of towns and changhua river basin ecological environment continues to deteriorate, improve the ecological environment quality.(4) In 2010, collected from 64 ecological plaque as a eco-source, concentrated in dam reservoir of southeast mountain area, northwest of changhua river basin has a number of eco-source distribution. In 2015, collected 48 ecological plaques, mainly concentrated in the southeastern mountain area changhua river basin. From 2010 to 2015, eco-patchs dropped from 64 to 48, the area declined nearly 7000 hm2, spatial optimization of landscape pattern in the future should be given priority when building changhua river and the western towns of the surrounding ecological construction, improve the eco-system in the region, while increasing protection of mangrove forest and restore its ecological service value.(5) In 2010, dongfang, the ecological corridors number is 48, moderate stable region distributed farmland ecological corridors 3 and 2, generally unstable region and stable general ecological distributed 18 and 25 respectively. In 2015, the corridors number is 25. The general stable zone have 1 water corridor, generally unstable region and very unstable distributed more farm ecological corridors. From 2010 to 2015, very unstable area should construct the farmland and forest ecological corridors, strengthen the construction of construction corridors, generally unstable region should build agricultural and construction ecological corridor, to enhance the function of ecological source, linking landscape flow channel, promote energy flow and nutrient fluxes, enhance the stability of the regional landscape.(6) There are 29 eco-nodes of dongfang in different landscape ecological stability in 2010, very stable zone distribute 1 farmland eco-node, moderate stable zone only 1 type agricultural land, generally unstable and stable region have more eco-nodes, the farmland eco-node is most. In 2015,16 eco-nodes of dongfang in different ecological stability zone. Very unstable area distributed 7 nodes, most of the nodes is farmland nodes; 9 nodes in generally unstable. From 2010 and 2015, focusing on building the farmland nodes of very unstable region and general instability, to enhance the ecological corridor connectivity, improve the landscape ecology stream running state, control pollutaion flowing into other ecological sources, while strengthening construction eco-nodes, optimize ecological corridor surrounding towns, realize the harmonious development, promote ecological corridor function continues improve and smoothing the landscape flow.
