Taking typical Reaumuria soongorica community in Alxa League desert as to be researched, salinity and moisture content of soil and Reaumuria soongorica,as well as its s alt secretionABA, proline content and WP were all analyzed, and the conclusions were as follows:(1)Reaumuria soongorica grows well in the soil which showed mid-SAD,alkaline(8 .9-9.1), moisture content0.65%-2.69%, WP-12.9--7.22Mpa. soil salt at 1.49-5.91g/kg.(2) Reaumuria soongorica contains ions such as Ca2+、Mg2+、K+、Na+、Cl·- and SO42-etc, which of the same as soil, and its WP of leaves was more than that of stems, roots rannks last. Reaumuria soongorica has a low containment of Na+/K+(0.27~0.47), and only in this way can guarantee its metabolism. We can acquire Reaumuria soongorica of high salt content in the high degree of salinization of soil, which means Reaumuria soongorica can fit this by increasing its salinity.(3) The types of icons was same in the soil solutions, plant tissues, but the excreted ions amount from salt gland was obviously different. Among the excreted ions from salt gland, Na+ and Cl- was higher, K+, Mg2+ was lower. When it comes to quanitity, the excretion rate was higher during the day and in the morning than during the night and in the afternoon respectively. The secretion of Mg2+、K+、Na+、Cl- and SO42-has very significantly positive correlation with the relative humidity of the atmosphere. Moderate Reaumuria soongorica blade for salt ion in saline soil production was less than the Reaumuria soongorica blade production in heavy saline soil.In addition, the excretion rate was higher during the day and in the morning than during the night and in the afternoon respectively. It shows the result that under the influence of external environment factors, Reaumuria soongorica could select secrete salt in order to keep the plant appropriate salt concentration and nutrient concentration in the body to adapt to saline habitat.(4) Water potential the mean of root, stem and leaf of Reaumuria soongorica were-10.29Mpa,-14.02Mpa and -15.95Mpa, and leaf water potential of Reaumuria soongorica had significantly negative correlation with soil salinity and air temperature, negative correlation with soil pH,whichmeans that leaf water potentialdecreasedwith incr-easeed of soil pH salinity. Na+ content has differences between the root, stem and leaf of Reaumuria soongorica, Na+, which has positive correlation. While K+ content and soil salinity has showed no significantiy correlation.proline content of leaf was 271.05-473.13ug/g, ABA content of 33.7~88.1ng/g, all of them with soil salinity had significantly positive correlation. Under salt stress, ABA accumulation can induce proline accumulation to regulated balanceof the ions.
