In this study, plots were the representative Reaumuria soongorica monodominant community of Alxa Left Banner and Ejin Banner. The research method was the combination of field investigation and indoor analysis.The changes of morphological characteristics and important resistance physiological indexes of Reaumuria soongorica were observed from two aspects of habitats between two plots and the microhabitat of the same plot. The results show that:(1) The soil water content of Alxa Left Banner was 1.80 to 4.57% and Ejin Banner was 0.78 to 1.22%; The soil total salt content of Alxa Left Banner was 2.31g/kg to 4.21g/kg and Ejin Banner was 3.29g/kg to 6.15g/kg;Different salt ions had a quite different spatial distribution.(2) Generally, Reaumuria soongorica had morphological anatomy structure to adapt to the double stress environment of drought and salinization. Such as plant small, fleshy leaf, root and stem xylem and catheter was developed, the distribution in the stems and leaves of larger diameter concave salt gland secretion, and porosity under, smaller diameter, less quantity in epidermal cells. Root fractal characteristics of orientations of different soil moisture spatial distribution.(3) The Pro and MDA content of Alxa Left Banner were 293.93ug/g and 48.49nmol/g. The Pro and MDA content of Ejin Banner were 395.29μg/g and 70.07nmol/g. In Alxa Left Banner plot, the Pro content of leaf had a negative correlation with the water content of soil of H2O-40cm and soil profile of S20-40cm. Soil salt content had negative correlation with the Pro and MDA in leaf.(4) In Alxa Left Banner plot, the activity of POD of blade was 4.516u/g-min, the activity of SOD was 4925.13u/g, the activity of CAT was 101.90u/g-min. In Ejin Banner plot, the activity of POD of blade was 7.876u/g·min, the activity of SOD was 5030.43u/g, the activity of CAT was 50.33u/g-min. The activities of POD of leaf and SOD had a negative correlation with water content. It had positive correlation between the activities of CAT and water content.
