Global climate change covers particularities, like, a wide range, high-impact,comprehensive. And it has been widely concerned by the international society and become the focus of international politics.The climate change is the same as the non-conventional safety problems such as the terrorism and nuclear proliferation, also lead to a variety of strategic games of political forces. The United States has a population of 300 million,accounting for less than 5% of the world’s population, however, greenhouse gas emissions account for more than 22% of global emissions, per capita emissions rate is four times the world average. The conclusion was that the United States’ attitude and policies to the climate change and policies are vital to the international climate change global.Actively participate in international action from the early to the later forced out of the UNFCCC,the current Obama Administration actively respond to climate change and try new ways to adjust international situations based on self-interest.Barack Obama started greenhouse gas emissions mitigation since he took office, and trying to rebuilt American’s leading status on global climate changing problem. The president Obama explained their climate policy multiple times on different occasions, he insist that climate changing was a urgent problem involving national security. And American will actively participate in international agreement on climate change. The president Obama, neither in isolation,nor hold a negative view of fight against climate change. So, it has realistic significance to explore and analyze the American government climate policy.
