In this thesis, we study the Pseudomonas Aeruginosa secretion of siderphores py-overdine protection mechanism in vivo. When the bacteria suffer from reactive oxygen species (ROS) threat, they will produce corresponding adjustment mechanism. Specific contents are as follows:Our research start with the phenomenon of pyoverdine accumulation in vivo after bacteria receiving strong laser irradiation, to study the reason and function of cumula-tive pyoverdine in vivo. We found that laser causes bacteria ROS content increasing in vivo and pyoverdine accumulation in order to protect bacteria from ROS damage. We further explored the pyoverdine cumulative way, laser reduced the bacteria efflux pyoverdine and increased the production capacity. Thus we have proved that bacterial pyoverdine can be transformed from the public goods to private goods under the effect of the ROS. This phenomenon is also widespread in biological evolution, our experimental and computer simulation results demonstrate that Pseudomonas aeruginosa populations altruistic cooperation base on pyoverdine will disappear in high ROS concentration en-vironment. This indicates that altruistic cooperation is not stable and durable social behavior in evolution, this new understanding gives a reasonable explained for cooper-ative behavior which has confused the long-term in evolution, which help us to make better understand cooperation and biological evolutionary significance.
