Species habitat area reduction and fragmentation is the main cause of reduced genetic diversity, as an emerging discipline, landscape genetics of landscape ecology, population genetics and biostatistics complex, and will be closely integrated three disciplines, with great potential in terms of species conservation and management, and simulation of the genetic landscape of this study proposes to provide greater protection. Landscape pattern change analysis is important reference and basis for studying ecological environment quality of protected area. Analysis of ecological effects resulting from this change is important for the conservation of species diversity. In this paper, through two remote sensing images of Shuangtai estuary protected area in 2003 and 2015 in GIS platform, landscape classification image were got by visual interpretation. According to the analysis of landscape pattern index, urban construction land area increased quickly, fragmentation became larger, agricultural land also increased in a slight range; Meanwhile, reed wetland landscape reduced, fragmentation exacerbated. To make wetland landscape change better, protected area need to be planned rationally, and management actions need to be improved. For 2003 and 2015, two remote sensing FIG simulation analysis, we have come in 2003, Ho and He smaller difference between the smaller Fis statistics change, low value, Mantel r numerical value is small, the genetic protected areas low degree of differentiation, higher genetic diversity; and in 2015, Ho and He large difference, the higher the value of Fis, Mantel r value is higher, indicating that species increased genetic differentiation, genetic diversity decreased. Due to the growing human activities, the expansion of urban construction land, reed wetland area continues to decrease fragmentation increased, resulting in reduced genetic diversity, reasonable planning protected areas, strengthen management, protected area of wetland landscape It is effectively restored.
