West Lake and Xixi Wetland and Hemu Wetland are the important urban landscape wetland ecosystems in Hangzhou, South China. This article that based on the studying obeject of protozoa community carry out the investigation on the species number and abundance of protozoa and environment factors from June 2014 to May 2015. A total of 114 protozoa species were identified, comprising 27 ciliates,24 sarcodines,6 flagellates in West Lake, and 54 ciliates,20 sarcodines,14 flagellates in Xixi Wetland, and 57 ciliates,29 sarcodines,13 flagellates in Hemu Wetland. The Ciliates, Sarcodines, Flagellates abandance in annual mean value were 333.38 ind/1, 375.19 ind/1,61.25 ind/1 in West Lake and 545.15 ind/1,159.21 ind/1,331.76 ind/1 in Xixi Wetland and 553.99 ind/1,251.11 ind/1,276.10 ind/l in Hemu Wetland. The results showed Ciliates was the biggest contributor to community species in West Lake (47.4%) and Xixi Wetland (61.4%) and Hemu Wetland (57.6%), and the common dominant species were Tintinnopsis wangi, Euglena caudata, Euglena acus. Physico-chemical facrors comparison result displayed the water status was eutrophication level, the annual mean value of pH, DO, T, COD, TN in West Lake were higher than Xixi Wetland, and the annual mean value of pH, DO, NO3-N in West Lake were higher than Hemu Wetland, and the annual mean value of NO3-N in Xixi Wetland were higher than Hemu Wetland. The cluster analysis discriminated the annual protozoan communities into three stages of A/B/C/D/E/F, a/1/e/5 and b/2/f/6/c/3/d/4 at a 50%similarity level with a significant difference (/?=0.818, .P<0.01). BIOENV analyses revealed that the temporal variation in protozoan communities were significantly correlated with the abiotic factors, and the highest correlation is the combination of TN, NH4-N in West Lake, and the highest correlation is the combination of DO, TN in Xixi Wetland, and the highest correlation is the combination of TN, NH4-N, NO2-N, NO3-N in Hemu Wetland.
