Quality Control In The Updating Of Urban Cadastral Database

By the second national land survey and the "golden land project" opportunity, many city have established high quality cadastral database. As well as the establishment of the database, database update work have become a realistic problem. Cadastral database update includes five steps, i.e., updating policies determine, field change data acquisition, data processing and updating database. At present, relevant departments lack of the experience in updating of urban cadastral database quality control. Such as quality control of field data acquisition, data editing quality inspection, database quality inspection. This could cause efficiency, quality, function and other aspects of the problem in the process of cadastral management database operation. How to establish the cadastral database quality control system, to ensure the quality of updating cadastral database is an urgent task currently.Based on the cadastral database updating research both at home and abroad, this paper studies the technology of cadastral database updating, and establish a cadastral database updating quality control system and the updating process. Taking the process control and outcome control methods to control the quality of cadastral database updating. In the acquisition of data stage, analysis the source of the error in collecting data outside, and reduce the error. In the data editing stage, people use different software to edit the collected data, and correct the topologic errors. After the cadastral database updating, inspect the quality of the database, and correct the checked errors.Through the example of WJ cadastral updating project, this paper prove that the quality control system in the updating of cadastral database have operate effectively, and the quality of the cadastral database have been controlled.
