Esearch On The Key Technology Of 3D Products In The Application Of The Geographic National Census

Geographical national conditions census and monitoring is the extension and expansion of basic surveying and mapping. 3D products, as an important data source, has been widely used in geographic national conditions census production. There exists diversity of basic surveying and mapping results and mixed updated or non-updated data.Meanwhile, it is the first time to conduct geographical national conditions census, with various problems encountered in the process of production in the short term. Therefore,studying the key technology of 3D products application in geographical national conditions census is important to improve work efficiency.With regard to mentioned above, based on the available data source and actual production conditions of basic surveying and mapping results in Jiangxi province,correlation analysis between 3D products and geographical national conditions census was conducted. Moreover, a few of key technologies about 3D products application in geographical conditions survey was studied. The paper’s main work and achievements are as follows:(1) Digital orthophoto map(DOM) mosaic and cutting technology was improved.By using existing 1:10,000 DOM data in Jiangxi province and DOM techniques mentioned above, appropriate 1:25,000 DOM data was generated. It is with the help of ArcPy modules in ArcGIS platform that corresponding batch processing program was developed.Eventually, automation of data processing was improved.(2) Digital elevation model(DEM) refinement technology was studied. DEM mosaic, re-sampling and cutting technology batch processing program were developed based on 1:10,000 DEM data and ArcPy modules. Then, DEM data with 5 meters grid was refined as 2 meters, and it has been applied in the DEM refinement production in Jiangxi geographical national conditions census.(3) Digital line graph(DLG) data extraction method was researched. According to basic DLG and geographic national conditions census data, a reference table betweenbasic geographic information classification code and geographical national conditions census elements was established. Then, it was used as work guide during DLG data extraction and corresponding experiments and analysis was also conducted.(4) A collaborative production process between 3D products and geographic national conditions census technology and method was explored. Considering work procedure and technology requirements, the corporative principle was analyzed about office work and field work. With this kind of production mode and guideline, production efficiency proved to be effective.
