| Strictly speaking from generating conic, elliptical, hyperbolic, parabolic and round belong to conic, in a Cartesian coordinate system, which corresponds with the quadratic equation. Therefore, it is also called conic quadratic curve. However, in high school mathematics textbooks,it only contains conic ellipse, hyperbola and parabola, excluding round. In other words, we put the elliptical, hyperbolic and parabolic conic called non-circular,which has a unified definition,and it is a key elements of this study-- the distance to a given vertex to the straight-line distance of ratio is constant track point. Constant is the discrimination of a standard curve of the track, when it was hyperbolic,then oval, was parabolic. conic is the main focus of high school mathematics teaching and college entrance examination. The study is through literature research, questionnaire, comparative analysis, practical method to explore, research and analysis of information technology teaching cases conic under the second definition of the design. In addition, this paper combines the significance of information technology with assisting teaching mathematics and theoretical foundations of mathematics teaching and so forth to the second definition of conic teaching multimedia courseware designed to enhance the quality of classroom teaching, students’ interest in learning mathematics.Due to the rapid development of computer technology, the information age has arrived, Information Technology has already penetrated into all aspects of life, including high school mathematics teaching. Computer technology and multimedia network teaching system, and modern communications equipment, together forms a comprehensive, interactive, multi-channel education system.Teachers appropriately and reasonably use of IT-aided teaching,which can enhance the attractiveness of teaching, turning complicated, abstract into simple and intuitive.It also stimulates students ’interest in learning and improves teaching effectiveness, more conducive to students’ practical ability and innovative spirit.The first chapter introduces the topic of the research background, the significance of the topic,the research status and research content and methods. The paper analyzes and compiles a "full-time high school mathematics curriculum information new standards" and "full-time high school IT Course Information Standards(validation draft) " as well as previous studies documenting, finding information technology in middle school mathematics teaching broad, and the outlook is very optimistic.The second chapter describes the basic concepts and related theories, from the constructivist learning theory, Freudenthal’s "recreation of teaching" theory, Polya’s "problem-solving teaching thinking" three aspects to explore how the rational use of IT to maximum efficiency conic teaching effect of the second definition.It cultivates students’ innovative spirit and practical ability, and thus implements moral education as the core, to promote the reform of curriculum materials,which has a profound impact and positive role in promoting.The third chapter analyzes the conic of second definition of student learning questionnaire and secondary school mathematics teachers in the classroom teaching IT usage questionnaire, through analysis of specific data, finding that many students’ conic second definition of knowledge Learning just stop at understanding or comprehension level,and they can’t reach the level of migration.
