This paper summarizes and analysis the stimulation mechanism when ultrasonic effect on the well, discuss the energy distribution of the ultrasonic basing on the energy balance theory. Establishment the ultrasonic spreading model, investigate the rule of absorption and attenuation of ultrasonic in the oil layer and porous media layer, and the relationship about layer’s parameters.
