We analyze the experimental results of LHCb. According to the analysis of mass spectrum and decay behavoirs, the newly observed D?s1(2860) and D?s3(2860) are identified as 13D1 and 13D3, respectively. Moreover, the decay predictions are also provided for the two missing states of the 1D charmed-strange mesons. We give a systematic study of charmed and charmed-strange mesons. For the mass spectrum, we adopt the Relativistic Quark Model(GI model) which was proposed by Godfrey and Isgur in 1985, GI model can give a good description for the mass spectrum of ground states of charmed-strange and charmed mesons. However, with the experimental observation of some excited states, a discrepancy between theoretical values and experimental measurements appears, this discrepancy is caused partly by the screening e?ect. To be more precise, the confinement term br of quark model is not suitable at large distances on account of quark-antiquark pairs creation of vacuum.Recent research demonstrates that the screening e?ect contributes to comprehending the mass spectrum and decay behaviors of charmed-strange and charmed mesons.Furthermore, the screening e?ect is introduced to GI model to reflect real interaction between the quark and the antiquark in the charmed-strange and charmed mesons. Meanwhile, the decay behavoirs can be evaluated with the wave functions obtained by the modified GI model. We find both mass spectrum and decay behavoirs are consistent with experimental data well with the modified GI model.
