Earthquake with sudden and unpredictable, is a serious natural disaster. China is a multi earthquake country, every place in cities and densely populated areas of the earthquake, will bring a lot of casualties and huge property losses, and may lead to secondary disasters as well as large areas of the broader social disasters, to our state and national heavy disaster. Genetic algorithms and neural networks to introduce GIS into the city after the earthquake emergency rescue decision support system, achieve rapid urban earthquake disaster prediction, dynamic simulation and decision support capabilities for the future to carry out urban earthquake disaster prediction and disaster relief after the earthquake work provides a viable city available after the earthquake emergency rescue decision support system to improve the level of urban earthquake disaster mitigation.Based on urban earthquake disaster situation analysis conducted after the earthquake emergency rescue urban decision support system design, describes the modeling and decision analysis model city after the earthquake emergency rescue decision support system needed.
