Songjiang wetland is a genus of typical of the North River wetland area along the Yangtze River City of China, is the largest city in the wetland. Due to seriously affect the surrounding agricultural, industrial and human activities, the continuity and stability of wetland ecological system is destroyed. This paper takes Harbin Songhua River wetland as the research object, selects the Golden Bay, Whitefish Bubble, Ashe River, Hulan River, Binjiang, Sun Island, six regional typical, physicochemical properties and enzymatic activity determination in sediment samples, using the method of T-RFLP analysis of molecular biology technique and multivariate statistics, the bacterial community structure system of wetland sediments and diversity characteristics, to explore the relationship between bacterial community structure, enzyme activity and environment factors, the main research results are as follows1. Songjiang wetland sediment bacteria were found in 7 groups, respectively Proteobacteria(α-Proteobacteria / β-Proteobacteria / γ-Proteobacteria), Firmicutes(Firmicutes), Bacteroides door(Bacteroidetes), actinomycetes door(Actinobacteria), green sulfur bacteria(Chlorobi), Fusobacterium(Fusobacteria), cyanobacteria door(Cyanobacteria), which were dominant bacteria Proteobacteria, Firmicutes and Bacteroidetes. Riverside highest bacterial diversity of wetlands, wetland lowest Hulan River mouth.2. Canonical correspondence analysis of Songjiang wetland sediment bacterial community structure and environmental factors(CCA) results show that, the main environmental factors affecting the structure of bacterial communities in Gold Bay Wetland for the NH4+-N and p H values, whitefish marsh for TN and NH4+-N, the Ashe River Wetland values for p H and NO3--N, NO3--N and NH4+-N, Hulan River Mouth Wetland in Binjiang NH4+-N and TP,TC and EC in Sun Island wetland. Firmicutes was positively related with TP and TN; Bacteroidetes was correlated positively with NH4+-N; β-Proteobacteria and γ-Proteobacteria and p H value significantly positive correlation.3. Songjiang Wetland Enzyme Activity in sediments distribution has the space differences, the change trend of enzyme activity reflect the change characteristics of wetland environmental factors. Where in, alkaline phosphatase, urease and protease in Hulan estuarine wetland isthe highest; catalase and polyphenol oxidase in the Ashe River wetland is the highest.
